"App and website is trash, even worst customer service. Called to get assistance to log into my account. Was told to try a different browser. I did, it was giving me error messages that their server is down to contact BCBS. Rep states there is nothing wrong on their end. I kept repeating myself that I've tried 3 browsers as well uninstalled and reinstalled the app and cannot get into my account. Nothing but "It's fine for us over here." How does that even help the customer?"
